 Research Centre for Greek Singing [ER.K.E.T.] - Teaching Courses 2021-2022

 

The Research Centre for Greek Singing [ERKET] for the year 2020-2021 is offering Greek Singing's teaching courses (groups and individuals):

Courses start in the first week of October and finish in the last week of June. Classes are held on a weekly basis. Registrations are from October. Should someone want to register during the year, this is only possible after the agreement of the instructors in the course in question. ERKET provides a certificate of participation to each student who has followed at least ¾ of the yearly or other duration seminar/course.

PERFORMANCE'S GROUPS

TRADITIONAL & FOLK SINGING

 ERKET offers training courses in traditional and folk singing from 2010. From October to June there will be mixed vocal groups of Greek traditional and folk singing. There are 70 people participating and amongst them there are 30 people who constitute the performing group. Ethnomusicologist Paraskevi G. Kanellatou has undertaken the general direction and teaching of the vocal groups of traditional and folk music run by ERKET.
